Wildland firefighter in the summer and geography student at the University of New Mexico in the wint er. I spent last year studying (kind of) in Ghana, West Africa. It was eye-opening, chaotic, at times difficult, and wonderful. I am interested in development issues and hope one day to work in Africa using GIS to help meet development goals. Until then, I will be hanging out west studying, fighting fire and having fun. I am not really interested in growing up, but am looking forward to the future.
