Ok, so now what? I guess I thought (being such a young pup and all) that I was just in a dry-run rehearsal of my mid-life crisis, but then reality came up and bitch-slapped me like a wicked case gas after bad coleslaw! How did I actually manage to convince myself, for all of these years, that this was actually the life I'd wanted?
