I swim, run, bike and work out at the gym. I like to spend a lot of time outdoors being active. My p assion is cycling. I love to throw my bike on top of my car drive to the country and go on long bike rides. I also enjoy swimming and running. I`ve begun to-pete in my first triathlons this year. Its been a very difficult and rewarding experience. When I am not outside being active, I like to make time for my friends and my family. I enjoy the occasional beer or good glass of wine with my friends. I also have a weakness for TV news channels such as CNN and MSNBC as well as nature shows on PBS and the Discovery Channel.
